SunTrack 1.6.7 announcement, Introducing Special Orders and Holiday rates

We are proud to announce a new release of SunTrack, version 1.6.7.

The main highlight of this release is introduction of Special Orders and Holiday rates.

Special Orders are usually considered as Holiday or After hours rated orders. SunTrack brings a powerful and flexible way to define special orders.

 

The followings are new features as of V167:

  • Special Orders:
    1. Full Day: For example Sunday
    2. Hour Range: For example 18-24
    3. Rates:
      • Percentage base: For example 15%, meaning that %15 of total price will be added to the order.
      • Fixed Rate: For example $15, meaning that $15 will be added to the order.
  • Order Email Distribution list:
    Add list of comma delimited emails.  Once the order has been entered email will send to this list.
  • Order Email Notification:
    Subject of notification email has the Order Number.

Once order entered in Special Order Time frame, an extra fee will be added to order. This will give admin/dispatcher user the ability to have better control on including or excluding Special Order Fee.

Bug fixes

  • Dispatcher User couldn't see the list of clients.
  • Time problem in Invoice and Registration Date: Data Center time and Application Date different.
  • Password reset problem for client users.

What's next

  • Add DAY/YEAR holidays and Special Order rates for them.
