SunTrack 1.6.3b Release Announcement: Send jobs to drivers via SMS

The followings are highlight of the new features and changes:

• SMS messaging (Redesigned):
  • You can send the sms messages from either dispatch screen selecting 'Send SMS' checkbox or clicking sms icon from order detail link

  • SunTrack's new SMS communication is using a flexible configuration system to work with most of SMS Gateway providers; including US and International providers
  • Add a new section on setup page to SMS messaging

• Order Packaging (Redesigned):
  • Add Package's price value: This is actual price of item.
  • Add Package note: We can add a note per each package.
  • Redesign screen to have better presentation and view

• New waybill form: Redesign Waybill for in simplified format. This form also reflects C.O.D amount and total driver's collect amount.
  Finally, the legal notes of Waybill is customizable. Go to 'Setup-> System Setups -> Order Setup' tab and change the value

• Signup activation confirmation:Now after you active a signup record, the client will receive email notice for the approval.
• Order Status Edit: We can change status order from 'Order Search' and 'Dispatch Screen'

What's next?

• Copy order: We are introducing copy order, which create a duplicate copy of an existing order. We project two kind of copies:
  1. Shadow copy: only copies basic order information including, pickup and delivery location, service type and etc.
  2. Deep copy: Copies everything including packages, extra fee.
