Order Cancellation Workflow

SunTrack can allow your client to submit an order cancellation request even though the order is in active status.

Occasionally, clients may need to cancel an order after submission. SunTrack will allow you and your client to easily manage the order cancellation process without phone calls or delays in the delivery process. In order to cancel an order, the user can simply go to the order detail page and click on the "Cancel Request" link. In addition, the user can include the reason for the order cancellation. These conditions may occur depending on the status of the order:
  • New: Order will be deleted
  • Submitted: Order will be immediately changed to cancelled
  • Assign, Pickup, Round Trip and Return: Cancellation request email will be sent into the admin email list
Upon receiving the cancellation email, the admin may take the following actions depending on the order status:
  • Assign: SunTrack will suggest cancelling the order without any charge
  • Pickup, Round Trip and Return: SunTrack will suggest the cancellation fee
