Reza Shahbazi, CEO and founder.  

In this role, he successfully leads the system infrastructure group underlying Bractus’ products and services that include cluster management, storage, search optimization systems, and a number of product engineering efforts.  Prior to Bractus, Mr. Shahbazi was senior solution architect of Fox Entertainment group where he oversaw architecture, design and development of applications for many online ventures of 21th Century Fox and Fox Entertainment group, including MySpace. Before FOX, he served as a development manager of Mitratech.com and prior to that at First-Automotive Co. in London, UK.  Mr. Reza Shahbazi received his MBA of information technology from University of Phoenix and his Bachelor of Science from Sharif University.

Russ Henderson, Vice President of Sales and Business Development

Russ is responsible for Sales and Business Development initiatives for Bractus.  Mr. Henderson has several years of sales and business development experience in the IT and telecommunications industries working with leading organizations such as Cisco Systems, Sprint, and MCI.  Prior to joining Bractus, Mr. Henderson worked in operations and partner sales roles for the Collaboration Software Group of Cisco Systems.  With broad experience delivering solutions to commercial and enterprise clients, Mr. Henderson has successfully lead sales and business development efforts involving software as a service(SaaS), mobility, security, and network technologies.  Mr. Henderson received a Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana Tech University.
