SunTrack 1.6.6 Release Announcement: New Customer Survey and Feedback feature We are proud to announce a new release of SunTrack , our Enterprise Courier Software and delivery management solution.

 

Followings are the main highlights of this release:

  • Customer Survey and Feed back:

    This version of SunTrack, we introduced Customer Survey system to capture user's feedback on your business. Survey system is configurable and easy to use application; you can add, enable/disable groups and survey items. More interesting part is its reporting feature.

    Survey system consist of the following three sections:
    • Survey Entry Page: Your site visitors can submit their feed backs and survey rating on this page. Ideally use should create a link from your main web page to this one.


    • Survey Report Page: View current reviews and search based on time range. When you click on on particular survey, you can see the detail ratings and average chart.
    • Survey Admin Page: With in this page, you can create survey item and group; or enable/disable a survey item or group of surveys.
  • Add Vehicle Type:
    • Now we can add a new 'Vehicle Type' with its rating including mileage rate, minimum rate and extra charge.
  • Signature based POD:
    • Signature Image: We add a new interface to SunTrack to upload signature image as proof of delivery. We are testing to integrate Motorola Handheld Computers, MC30, MC50 and MC75 series.
    • View Signature:Order page shows 'view signature' link, we you link open new window and shows the signature.
  • Registration Notification:
    • You can register an email address, when a new registration recorded has enter, you will receive a notification email.
Bug Fixes:
  1. Order Search: Fix Order Address on mouse over.
  2. Order Page: Fix IE problem when order had validation errors.
  3. Login page: Fix IE problem for large size logos

What is next?

  • Special Orders: You can define special orders when it been requested at weekends or after normal working hour range.
  • Site message: Administrator can create a site message, then all user can see it.
