Want to schedule your orders?
In the upcoming version of SunTrack, per our customers' suggestions and feedback, we have introduced a new and exciting feature enabling our users to Schedule orders.
Usually Order Schedule can be define as a Contract between a client in order to pickup and deliver jobs in scheduled manner. This feature is useful when you need to generate orders periodically for a specific interval over a specific period of time. This feature is particularly useful in cases that you have a client in which you need to make daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly scheduled pickup and deliveries.
As an example, if you have a client which you would need to make a regular scheduled pickup starting from January through end of September, every Monday and Wednesday at 9:00 AM, and deliver the packages to a specific destination or "TBD" destination.
You can also set your Scheduled order to the "Run" or "Pause" status in cases you wish to periodically generate orders or freeze order generation for a specific period of time, respectively. You can also view your order history and enable or disable order schedules as well.
In addition to the above, with the new feature release of SunTrack, you can take advantage of the following advanced feature as well.
- Contract : In cases that your contact with your client specifies a set price and you don't wish to break that total price down. This feature would help you to just capture the total contract price as a whole.
- Fix: All orders will have a predefined Fixed price. This feature print and generate a fixed price for all the orders.
- Adjust: Every order is calculated individually. In cases where the estimated price is less than the base price, then the base price will be used. With this feature you also have the opportunity to define and present your clients with discounts as well.
