In the upcoming version of SunTrack, per our customers' suggestions and feedback, we have introduced a new and exciting feature enabling our users to Schedule orders.

Dispatch Software

SunTrack is a dispatch software that provides a dispatch screen that includes an interactive map system, driver tracking, and an order panel.  SunTrack is a powerful, yet easy to use dispatch software.

 

The Dispatch screen is integrated with Google Maps so that you can easily find the location of pickups and drop-offs at the same time as the current location of drivers.

With a few mouse clicks, you can assign a collection of orders to a specific driver, monitor the delivery status of drivers, and the delivery status of packages.

 

Drivers can change their delivery status to examples such as "out of service" or "flat tire" that will immediately get reflected to the dispatch screen.

Dispatch operators can send messages to drivers via SMS/MMS or email for instantaneous response.

 

The Interactive "Dispatch Screen" is one the most important features of our courier software.

SunTrack's Dispatch screen contains these following panels to make job assignment easier thean ever:

  • Order Panel: Sorted by most recent orders and can be filtered by service types and clients.
  • Driver Panel: Sorted by checked in drivers and you can view drivers status and send them the messages.
  • Map Panel: Shows Google map and location of packages and drivers.
