SunTrack supports Canadian post code, as well as Google Map and YAHOO Map.

We are happy to announce a new release of SunTrack, the online courier software solution.

The following sections highlight new features that we have added to SunTrack:

Publish Profile

Quite often, service type descriptions and price sheets on your website are static pages. Whenever you change your ratings or add or remove a service type, you need to edit and change your web site!  This task is a painful process for most companies.

With the latest version of SunTrack, your live profile data (service types, etc) can be published into your web site instantaneously.  You have the freedom to edit the titles and/or add more contact into it.

Once you have published profiles, a service button will show the new profile data.

Get Quote

Public users can get quotes by going into the "Free Quote" link.  Sometimes your potential clients need to know your service fees prior to making a contract;
ask them to visit this page and get free quotes.

Client User

Client user can be divided into two groups:
  • Regular:
  • They can only place orders. They don't have permission to see prices, account information, invoices, or payments.
Show order price as zero :: Regular users can not see financial information
  • Client Admin:
  • They can see price information and all account information.
Client Admin User :: This user will see prices, invoices and payments

Site Messages

With this version of SunTrack, we introduced messaging for internal clients.  We provide three different levels of messaging:
  • Global Message:
  • All clients and users will see this message.  Sample use case: Holiday closure announcement or Release notice.

  • Company Message:
  • Only employees of a certain company can see this message.  Sample use case: Giving a promotion for a certain period of time.

  • Contact Message:
  • A Message to only one specific user.  Sample use case:  Error notice.

    Site Messages:: Including Global level, company level and contact level messages

    The admin can send the site (global) messages through the system setting menu.

    Setup global messages :: All client will see global level messages

Add entry to Address Book

Now users can add addresses to the address book manually.  From the address book dialog, we can create a new table called 'Add +', will allow to add new addresses.

Manage Partners

Now you can add your partners as contacts.  Partners can be considered as other courier and shipping companies.  Similar to a driver, you can assign a specific order to each partner.  Optionally, you can specify commissions for each partner.  In  a future release on SunTrack, we will add more B2B integration with partners to send order information and exchange tracking data with partners.

  • In user search page, links have been added to contact.

  • Fix map link for driver's mobile access.
