Q. What is an application instance?

SunTrack is running as an ASP (Application Service Provider) business model.  We host our application in third party data centers similar to other businesses such Yahoo.com, eapps.com, or godaddy.com.  After we  receive a new order for SunTrack, we create a complete copy of the application and a new database instance for our client.

Q. How do you request a trial instance?

Simply fill out the signup form and submit it.  Once we have received the completed application, we will create a new instance and email you the web address (URL) and access information.

Q. Can we embed SunTrack into your website?

Yes, you will need to create a page or section in your website.  After completing this step, we will help you link SunTrack to your website.
