Dispatch Software

SunTrack is a dispatch software application that provides a dispatch screen that includes an interactive map system, driver tracking, and an order panel.  SunTrack is a powerful, yet easy to use dispatch software.

 

The dispatch application is integrated with Google Maps so that you can easily find the location of pickups and deliveries at the same time as the current location of a driver.

With a few clicks, you can easily assign a collection of orders to a specific driver, monitor the activity status of drivers, and the delivery status of specific packages.

 

Drivers can change their status to descriptions such as "out of service" or "flat tire" that will immediately get reflected in the dispatch application.

Dispatch operators can send messages to drivers via SMS/MMS or email for instant response.

 

The interactive dispatch program is one the most important features of our courier software.

SunTrack's dispatch application contains the following panels to make job assignment easier:

  • Order Panel: sorted by most recent orders and filtered by service types and clients.
  • Driver Panel: sorted by driver profiles that displays order volume and provides instant messaging.
  • Map Panel: displays geographic location of package routes and active drivers.
