  1. Is this going to cost me a lot of money?

SunTrack is designed to help you focus on your business and your company's profitability. The cost of SunTrack is based on a monthly subscription fee(i.e., Software as a Service or SaaS).  The monthly subscription model allows businesses to pay for the application as an operating expense instead of a capital expense which allows for more predictable expense management over time without a large upfront captial investment that is typical with many software applications.  There is no long-term contact if you prefer to not commit to an extended service period.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can cancel at anytime.  If you would prefer to install and manage the application at your site, we can offer an on premise installation of SunTrack as an alternative. 

 

  1. What do I need to do to get setup?

SunTrack is an Internet based software as a service(SaaS).  You don’t have to install any software at your office to use SunTrack.  SunTrack can be accessed through any computer with an Internet connection.   Virtually any browser can be used to access SunTrack.  The application can be setup very quickly and easily for your business.

 

  1. I don’t have a website or the site that I have is really basic, can you help?

Absolutely, we can create a website for your business that includes domain registration and web hosting within your budget requirements.  In addition, we can provide advertising expertise for your website to increase visibility by leveraging many popular search engines.  We can also provide an educational one hour overview of websites and the world of Internet advertising at no additional cost!  Simply ask for more details if you are interested.

 

  1. How do I backup my data?

Since SunTrack is entirely Internet based, you don’t have to worry about losing customer data or contacts because we provide that service.  If you would like to keep a local copy of your data,  we can provide that service so that you can have access to local copies of your data at all times.

 

  1. Can I access my information through my Blackberry or mobile phone?

SunTrack is designed to be accessible by most Internet enabled mobile phones and PDA's.

 

  1. My business is very new and I don’t have sophisticated dispatch equipment and may not be able to afford these assets for some time.  How can I still make use of your dispatch features?

We have designed SunTrack to help any level of end user.  If you currently use sophisticated dispatch equipment or if your drivers simply use mobile phones, you can still use SunTrack's dispatch module.  Our dispatch capabilities are so broad and flexible that you can operate like a large company without making a large capital expense.

 

  1. I may need to do routes between two countries, how can you accommodate my pricing options and route maps?

Our pricing options and route maps with SunTrack are not bound by any country or region.  You can choose your specific route pricing.  You can choose between mileage base, region base, fixed price, or other pricing options for your deliveries.  Unlike competitors, we are not bound by zip codes or specific route calculations.  You can choose your method of calculating charges all at your fingertips.

 

  1. I have multilingual employees and customers, can you accommodate multiple languages?

SunTrack has been programmed to support many languages.  If you require a bi-lingual system, we can provide that service for you.  Your customers can switch languages without the need to logout of SunTrack.

 

  1. Can I print/scan and read barcodes?

Yes.  SunTrack supports all popular barcode standards and barcode scanners.  You can generate and interpret barcode information using a scanner and rest assured that all of the information has been saved and translated correctly.
