SunTrack will help manage your cash on delivery process.

By selecting the Add Package feature in SunTrack, you can define a C.O.D amount along with other package information such as dimension, weight, actual value, insurance amount, and package type.

SunTrack will allow you to charge your clients either a fixed dollar amount (e.g. $15 for every C.O.D) or a specific percentage value.

Additional areas that can be customized as required:

• Waybill report:
  Waybill report shows total amount of Cash On Delivery
• Driver order list:
  If an order has a C.O.D; SunTrack shows that amount on the driver's order report.
• Driver email notification:
  Order assignment notification also indicates the C.O.D amount.
• Daily job report:
  Daily job report shows C.O.D amount of all orders.
