SunTrack can be configured to automatically assign a driver to an order upon submission from a client.

• AutoDispatch: SunTrack will automatically assign a driver to a new order upon submission. The assigned driver can be selected based on the delivery city of an order that falls within a driver's defined territory. If more than one driver shares the same territory or if a city doesn't have any active drivers, then the order status will show submitted so that a dispatcher can assign the order to a driver. The AutoDispatch feature can be enabled or disabled by clicking on Setup -> System Setting and then selecting the Order Setting tab and choosing the first checkbox.
• Driver's Daily Assignment Report: A basic report for drivers showing their daily assignments grouped by city.
• Driver Menu: A new menu for drivers which displays the driver profile and Driver's Daily Assignment Report
